An all-in-one mental

health guidebook.

People who have, or love people who, have mental illnesses and need a guide to understand the complex world of it. Mental health and illness is scary, and the amount of information, tools, resources, and more can be overwhelming and filled with paywalls, misinformation, and general systemic barriers in receiving and finding help. That’s why we built AnxietyHelper: to be a free guidebook that provides information, tools, and resources, to help people find short-term and long term help for mental illnesses and to better understand their mental health.

  • AnxietyHelper was released on September 27th, 2015.

  • AnxietyHelper’s background was taken the day and place development started, July 3rd, 2015 in Venice Beach, California during a Kode With Karlie camp.
